Bio
Michael Taylor serves as the Director of Recreation and Facilities at Vincennes University, a role he has held since January 2019. He initially oversaw the Recreation Center, Physical Education Complex, Aquatic Center, and Intramural Sports programs, and his responsibilities have since expanded to include management of the Jefferson Student Union and the Bowling Center. Dedicated to providing quality facilities and experiences for students, Taylor has worked to improve operations and ensure accessibility to equipment and programs. In 2023, he spearheaded a major renovation of the Bowling Center, transforming it into a welcoming and modern space for both students and the local community.
Away from campus, Taylor is a proud father of two sons, Griffin (8) and Ryker (5). He enjoys spending his free time with them, whether attending VU events together or supporting their activities and interests.
