Vincennes University men’s basketball makes three signings for upcoming season
VINCENNES, Ind. – The Vincennes University men’s basketball team has received the commitment of three players set to join the team for the 20-21 season.
VINCENNES, Ind. – The Vincennes University men's basketball team has received the commitment of three players set to join the team for the 20-21 season.
6'4 SG Brandon Muntu (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) made his commitment to Vincennes University known this past week. Muntu is a strong three-point shooting lefty that played this past season for Dohn Prep in Cincinnati, Ohio where he averaged 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists.
6'5 wing Nigel Martin (Cleveland, Ohio) is another exciting new commitment to the VU family. Martin will be transferring from NCAA Div. II Shaw University where he averaged 14 points and 6 rebounds, being named the freshman of the year for his conference.
6'8 PF Aaron Tims (Willowbrook, Ill.) also made his commitment to be a Blazer for the 20-21 season. Tims is a strong lefty forward with the versatility to make a difference. He played for Hinsdale South High School where his team went 30-3 this past season, with Tims putting up an average 15 points, and 8 rebounds per game.
