Bio

Sadie Misner enters her first season as an assistant coach for Vincennes University, bringing a strong background as both a player and coach coupled with a deep understanding of the game and a passion for developing student-athletes on and off the court.

Before joining the Trailblazers, Misner served as a Graduate Assistant at Southeastern University (Florida) during the 2024–25 season. The Fire were dominant on their home court, finishing with a 12–2 record and consistently controlling games in Lakeland. They carried that momentum into conference play, posting a 13–3 Sun Conference record and securing a second-place finish in the regular season standings. Southeastern advanced to the Sun Conference Championship Game, ultimately finishing as tournament runner-up after a hard-fought loss to Florida Memorial. Their strong overall performance earned them a berth in the NAIA National Tournament, where their season concluded with a First Round loss to Xavier University of Louisiana.

Misner began her collegiate basketball career at Angelo State University (Texas), where she played two seasons. In the 2020–21 season, Misner appeared in 14 games (starting 11), averaged 8.1 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. She then transferred to Fort Lewis College (Colorado), completing her collegiate tenure with the Skyhawks. During the 2023–24 season, Misner started 23 of 24 games, averaged 6.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 2.5 steals per game, matching the school's second-best single-season free throw percentage (90.4%) mark along the way.

Misner received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in 2024.
