Bio

Outfielder and pitcher Kash Chiles brings confidence, versatility, and an energetic personality to the Vincennes University baseball program. A native of Benton, Kentucky, and a graduate of Marshall County High School, Chiles arrived at Vincennes ready to continue developing both on and off the field while pursuing a degree in Business Management and building toward long-term entrepreneurial goals.

Comfortable playing multiple roles, Kash contributes as a centerfielder, left fielder, and pitcher, embracing the opportunity to impact the game in a variety of ways. His approach to baseball centers on personal growth and enjoyment of the process, with individual goals focused on becoming a better player and person while helping the Trailblazers compete with intensity and consistency throughout the season. One of the defining moments of his career came when he hit his first home run, a milestone that reinforced both his confidence and passion for the sport.

Self-belief plays a major role in Kash’s mindset. Inspired by the advice that “you are your own worst enemy,” he channels motivation inward, pushing himself to improve daily while maintaining a positive and social presence among teammates. Known for being outgoing and easy to get along with, he values strong relationships and embraces the balance between competition and enjoying life.

Away from baseball, Kash enjoys video games, spending time with his girlfriend, and following his interest in cars and business opportunities. His future plans include working in automobile sales and real estate, with the long-term goal of owning his own dealership. Whether on the field or planning for the future, he approaches challenges with ambition and confidence.

A lifelong baseball fan who cites the sport as something few people realize he truly loves, Kash continues working toward big aspirations, including chasing historic hitting streaks and competing on baseball’s biggest stages. Guided by advice to always do the right thing — even when it’s difficult — he brings determination, personality, and versatility to the Trailblazer roster.
