Bio
Known by her teammates as "Daga, Dagmara Knap's most memorable moment came when she earned MVP honors at the Polish Junior Championships, a performance that helped her gain recognition and opportunities abroad. Daga's season goals at VU reflect her determination both on and off the court: to develop athletically and mentally and to help the Trailblazers win their fifth consecutive Region Championship. Known for her enthusiasm and positivity, she describes herself as someone full of energy, always striving to bring motivation and encouragement to her team.
Off the court, Daga is studying Psychology with aspirations of becoming a sports psychologist, combining her love of athletics with her interest in mental performance. She draws motivation from her family, music, and her personal goals, and carries with her the advice to “believe in yourself and be disciplined in sports.”
Daga chose Vincennes University because of the welcoming atmosphere and the program’s strong tradition of excellence. With a passion for volleyball, a drive to achieve, and a belief that “dreams come true,” she is ready to make her mark as a Trailblazer both on the court and in the classroom.
