Bio

Lili Palenczat's season goals reflect both her competitiveness and her adaptability as she transitions to the U.S. game. She is focused on improving her technical consistency, quickly learning the Trailblazers’ system, and finding her role on the team. Beyond that, she is determined to grow personally — adapting to a new culture, strengthening her English, and developing into a teammate who leads by example. She describes herself as someone who wants to lift up those around her, on and off the court, while also balancing athletics with her academic responsibilities in Information Technology.

Off the court, Lili is a creative and curious individual with a wide range of interests. She enjoys beach volleyball, playing the tuba, and watching sunsets with friends, and even dreams of one day being a cake baker despite her focus on the tech industry. Inspired by German star Louisa Lippmann, she wears #10 in her honor. Guided by her personal motto, “carpe diem,” she embraces every opportunity and has chosen VU because of the supportive communication, strong volleyball tradition, and welcoming atmosphere she felt from the start.
